My Story

Animals have been my people since before I could explain it — I'm Cécile, and this is my story.

 

Growing up, my world included dogs, cats, mice, a pigeon, and a horse — and later, an elephant sanctuary in Asia. Some things you're just born into.

Chiquita found me the way the best things do — unexpectedly, on a street in Mexico, with no plans of letting go. She traveled with me through France, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, and eventually the U.S. — and she stayed by my side through twelve years of life, love, and an autoimmune disease that taught me more about animal care than any certification ever could. She wasn't a pet. She was family. She still is, in everything I do.

Today, my dogs are my children. I cook for them using recipes developed with a canine nutritionist. They are, unapologetically, the center of my world — and that same devotion is exactly what I bring to yours.

 

Why Maison

Before MPC, I spent years as a Marketing Director for the largest casino in France, then worked with Apple and Indeed in the U.S. I know what genuine high-end service looks like — and I know what it feels like when it's missing.

Maison Pet Concierge exists because your pet deserves the same level of care, attention, and joy that you'd give them yourself. I happen to be very good at making that happen.

I'm fluent in English, French, and Spanish — and I take genuine delight in the fact that many dogs are, too.

 

What I believe

Pets are family. Full stop. Everything else flows from there — the trust, the reliability, the warmth, the refusal to cut corners. Every dog I work with gets treated like my own. That's not a tagline. It's just how I'm wired.
